London Favorites

London hotspots

Everyone in London probably knows all these dining hot spots, but these are my favorites because they are consistently good and just plain fun.  Best of all, the evening dress code in London is men in great sports jackets and ladies in terrific dresses (opaque hose now that Fall is here) or great dressy black jeggings.  Just remember to make your reservations far in advance!  For the best Chinese food ever, Hakkasan (maybe one of the best meals ever!), The Wolesley for the food and the old car showroom setting (and it’s right next to the Ritz),  Zuma (good luck getting in) and Nobu Berkley for the pulsating ambiance and the innovative Japanese menus, and finally Automat for its  great American Bistro food (mac and cheese to Mississippi mud pie) and more causal attire.
