Homage: Today Is Coco Chanel Day

Have a Chanel kind of a day. It’s her birthday. She’s a Leo through and through. Let’s all take a moment out of our busy schedules to honor Coco’s great design genius as she freed women from binding fashions with her amazing ready to wear; created one of the most renowned scents in the world, the timeless Chanel No.5, the 5th bottle in a line-up of 21 choices (did you know that?); and, revolutionized jewelry, at the depth of the depression with her famous 1932 “etolie” collection, which was inspired by the stars from the orphanage pathway where she grew up.

Most of all, we bow our heads to her timeless quotes. Coco, we love you! Bonne Anniversaire!
