Groovy! Burberry Prorsum

Winter isn’t even over and Burberry Prorsum, just had their Fall 2011 show in London.  This is some of the most dramatic outwear that we’ve seen in a long time and it’s all reminiscent of Carnaby Street and the 60’s.  Christopher Bailey is the king in designing fabulous tailored jackets and coats and we were pleasantly surprised to see bright colors, plaids, military “toggles”, 1960s skirts, 1970s flare pants, cigarette pants, all teamed with animal print newsboy caps and platform booties…and we loved it!  Christopher Bailey puts major focus on bags like the large bowling totes and small patent clutches.  Yeah, baby!
