Pre-Fall 2012 Collections

What’s the rush? It’s still Winter and Pre-Fall won’t be available for months but The Blonde and The Brunette are already obsessed with so many of the collections we are going ahead and sharing some of our favorite looks. They might inspire you right now. The quick style download is pants continue to dominate but the selection has broadened  from monotone skinnys to, stylish leggings with all types of prints, tribal, and leather (oh those Diesel Black Gold leggings and matching top!) influences to wide-legged, houndstooth trousers. The choices factor brilliantly with new twists on some old favorites.  Bold sweaters, fur trimmed jackets and a strong menswear influence. Blacks, aubergine and rich shades of navy (or a softer military green) are important for early Fall along with leathers, metallic fabrics and sleek skirts at a variety of lengths. Don’t forget about the hair.  A middle part with stick straight hair or a natural, soft wave is the right compliment to the latest vision of  the modern girl on the go.
