To all of our readers who are grandmothers, daughters, sisters, girlfriends, wives, mothers, etc., the newest Dove Beauty Campaign is a must-watch.  I’m not sure exactly what product they are encouraging us to buy (I think it is more about brand awareness) but either way, this is a brilliant example of celebrating ourselves just as we are—right now.

This viral video is a startling insight into how hard we are on ourselves and why we need to shift the paradigm of beauty.  Be happy with yourself. We only get to do this once.
