Big Buckle Trend

Are big buckles back? We’re not sure but maybe if Anne Dello Russo wears it, it must be so. We spied her a few weeks ago at the Balenciaga Spring 2014 fashion show in a Celine Pre-Fall 2013 leather dress accessorized with the famous Lanvin “Happy” necklace, and an over-sized  belt buckle plus two tone “flatforms”. We’re not sure anyone but Anna could have pulled this off. We take that back. Vera Wang also sported her version of a big buckle during  NYFW. What do you think? On or off trend?
