The Perfect Makeup Collab for Summer: MAC x Philip Treacy

Okay, so we know this has been out for a minute now, but it really caught our attention! The MAC x Philip Treacy collab. These chic colors are the perfect compliment for summer. If you are unfamiliar with the name Philip Treacy, we’re pretty sure you do recognize his stunning showstopper hats and fascinators that are constant favorites of the British Royal family as well as regularly spotted on such celebs as Lady Gaga and Sarah Jessica Parker. Recently, The Irish hat designer, based out of London teamed up with MAC Cosmetics to create the perfect palette of hues to compliment any hat, and we think they’re perfect for sweet summertime!

The inspiration (of course it did) started with the creation of three extraordinary new headpieces that evolved into the stunning limited edition collection. It’s hard to say which one is our favorite but the striking eye colors in hues ranging from azure to sapphire caught our attention first.

OK. I lied. This headpiece is extraordinary and designed to complement the Art-Deco-inspired highlighter compacts in pink and nude which are such lovely shades for right now.

The lipsticks are just as elegant shades of cerise, magenta, and red.
