A New Dawn For Fall

This all happened last week but we couldn’t resist. Everyone at The Blonde and the Brunette is having fun following the men’s ready-to-wear with coats being the highlight of the Milan shows .  It may be just me but I thought The Raf Simmons and Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall  Collections are certainly channeling Twilight and the Robert Pattinson sensibility. The stark technicolor brights are a bow to the dawn of the  21st century and the prediction that shades of gold and yellow are the color of hope and renewed energy. I’m all for that.
