A St. John Surprise

I’m not sure if you even know St. John or if you do, you remember it.  It seemed like they were caught in the past and reviving the brand was a long shot.  Something happened at their Fall show yesterday: they suddenly rolled out a whole new look that works a million different ways…from the white t-shirt combined with glamorous trousers and the new long skirt look, to just the right touch of fur and accessories to yummy sweater dresses, cocktail dresses and comfy evening wear that just sparkles.  All in beautiful charcoals and garnet colors accented with stark white tee’s and tops.  We’re living in a time of the global demographic revolution and ageless style and they get it.  I think it’s a new era for St. John.
