A-P-P-L-A-U-S-E. Welcome Back Lady Gaga

Bang!  Transformed again. Who but Lady Gaga could open the MTV VMA’s and get our undivided attention? Hmm. Can’t think of anyone else. From the spectacle, that only she can create, in custom costume changes, that made my head spin to wigs (that have me channeling the courage to wear my only one more),  I tried to count the changes. Flying Nun (which had to be another gotcha at all her early prep school naysayers who relentlessly ridiculed her) to a bejewled body suit followed by, what of course, was a cobalt blue (the color of the season sequined mini skirt and jacket) to what else, a seashell thong bikini and what appeared to be long blond extensions. She said what we all think and want. We all live for applause, attention and recognition.

Applause. Applause. Applause.  Welcome back. And yeah, the album is “ARTPOP”. The “tattoo” is another genius touch along with surrounding herself by some of the best street “pop” artists of our time.
