I’m a hat freak but keeping warm and looking good have to go together. This season I’ve been on the hunt for something besides the slouch knit cap which is the rage. Who doesn’t want to be a bit more original? Ta-dah! I just discovered Mischa Lampert and her amazing beanies. She makes customized knit caps with mix and match touches; or, you can go with one of her many two-tone beanie combos with or without a pom-pom. I have to go with the pom-pom. It adds that extra something along with a bit of height.

You can actually order up to three poms per look. They’re all made from hand-spun 100% New Zealand merino wool and hand knit to order in New York.
