Moncler Gamme Rouge Spring 2012: Far Out
Moncler Gamme Rouge is known for their fabulous couture outerwear. I have one treasured dressy jacket in my closet that is a true classic and keeper. This Spring is totally different. They have turned the tables and grabbed our attention in a new way which is why we are showcasing this collection. Using three groupings with one in photoprints in bright colors (although this is slightly reminiscent of a previous Prada Spring Collection), another exploring fringes and a third with fluorescent yellow palettes, Moncler inserted drama into outerwear in an unexpected way. It’s definitely going to pop at retail. My only question is, “Will it sell?” We will have to wait and see.
