Trending: Turquoise Eyeliner

 It seems to have started at the Michael Kors Spring ’13 runway show and then Chanel went with electric blue under-eye eyeliner for their Resort Collection. Now you can too. We love this bold look for adding a bit of shocking blue to your beauty wardrobe. The key to wearing it is, obviously, nude foundation and lips with all the focus on the eyes.
