Tuesday Shoesday: Four Bold Platform Looks

The platform is back. Who would a thunk? I mean who doesn’t want that extra height for a dressy evening or a daytime talk show appearance? Admit it, you do. I do. It started this Spring when we spotted basically almost every celeb from Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Olsen to Taylor Swift making the rounds in Gucci attire and Gucci platforms. I just watched from the sidelines.  Hmmm. Should I strap up? Would the look make it to another season? Yup. It’s even bolder for Fall.  Our top four make a statement platforms are velvet (and anything velvet should be on your list), styles adorned with crystals, stripes or pops of metallic, and a good bootie.
