Winter What?

Pre-Fall is already here. I’m still in shock that it is creeping into stores when we are just pulling out summer. So The Blonde and The Brunette is kicking it off with a twist. It’s no secret that one of my go-to designers, who consistently delivers “look great for work and travel” style options (that go through airport scanners with the greatest of ease) is Ann Demeulemeester. Her whole runway collection was in black. The whole collection!  But now think modern ice-age with winter white in the midst of a sea of black. I’m already loving it.  White drawstring leggings and long white sweater with a fabulous fur vest. $220 for the leggings and $960 for the long knit ribbed statement sweater.
