Vintage Find: Madonna’s Shu Uemura Precious Diamond Eyelashes

Remember the flutter over the real diamond lashes Madonna donned back in 2010? I am not sure anyone knows how many pairs actually exist today or ever did. Originally created by Gina Brooks, Madonna’s go to make-up artist, we were filming the other day at Decades with Christos Garkinos, one of the Dukes of Melrose, and they have a vintage, unused pair!!!!

Originally $10,000, these custom mink and diamond-studded eyelashes can now be yours for a mere $8,000. Adorned with 0.75 carats total weight of hand-faceted diamonds, which feature a unique new diamond cut, aptly  named the “Star Shimmer Cut,”  they will have you (or someone in la-la land) looking like a star in no time.
