All Hands On Deck
Ahh, good old LaLaLand. Not only the birthplace of modern skateboarding as we know it, but a hub of innovation for four decades running. Enter Loyal Dean. Big on the Venice beach scene, I’m sensing some Lords of Dogtown vibes.
A few years back, Dino Pierone, who’s LA company produces high end doors and windows, decided to make a skateboard for his 12 year old daughter.
As they say, the rest is history.
Soon enough, he as his business partner launched Loyal Dean. A line of intricately pieced-together decks. Each one suitable for hanging on the wall, yet not too nice for a good time shred.
Woods including maple, oak and walnut depending on what project they are working on. Loyal Dean rides start at $222.00. if your in the mood to grab some air, tackle a half-pipe, or cruise along The Strand in style.
