Elie Saab Spring 2012: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
If this collection seems just slightly familiar it’s because Kate Winslet wore a scarlet-colored Spring Elie Saab gown to the Emmy’s even before this show hit Paris. Lucky Kate. The real drama started with the soft shades of pearl and suddenly progressed to sequined dresses and gowns in vivid shades of goldenrod, burnt orange. The catwalk then escalated into an emerald green that reminded The Blonde and The Brunette of The Emerald City from Wizard of Oz to the deep blue sea of Nemo. The Red Carpet just hit Paris.
