We’ve been saying it forever: nail polish is the best accessory. Take a look at “The Essie Fall 2011 Carry On Nail Polish Collection”. The look is 1940’s “classic retro”; it’s glamorous, chic, and classy. The 6 new colors were inspired by handbags from the 40’s and 50’s.
