Nails: OPI San Francisco Collection & Giveaway
So sophisticated and perfect for Fall. OPI is bringing street chic style with West Coast flair to nails and toes for Fall/Winter 2013. Their new, oh-so urbane San Francisco twelve color collection features a palette ranging from sky and sea-colored hues of blues and gray to reds, burgundies and browns inspired by some of the city’s most iconic elements – Chinatown, the Golden Gate bridge and the Embarcadero. These lacquers are the perfect match with some of fall’s hottest looks, from military details to winter whites.
They even added some texture to the grouping in three new earthy Liquid Sand™ nail lacquers—taupe, blue and gray with names like “It’s All San Andreas’s Fault, Wharf! Wharf! Wharf! and Alcatraz…Rocks.” In case you don’t know, Liquid Sand lacquers dry to a textured, matte finish, infused with reflective sparkle. They should never, ever be worn with a top coat.

says:As a student my budget isn’t that large and that is why nail polish is so lifesaving. For me, it is the perfect accessory. You can always mix and match, make new designs with just a few colors. Anddd you can always use a matching color with your outfit. (I find this quite important!!) And don’t forget, this isn’t as expensive as a beautiful ring or a statement necklace 🙂

says:A few weeks ago, on a Wednesday, me and my boyfriend decided to clean up our bathroom and threw everything we did not need anymore away. Organized as I am, I made two bags: two with pretty new bottles of nail polish, and one with old and rubbish ones. I put the two bags aside and did not pay attention to them until that Friday, when I wanted to go out with girlfriends after work. I went looking for the “good” bag of nail polish but could not find it, neither the “old” one. When my boyfriend got home, I asked him about the two bags. Turns out he thought they were labeled “destination dustbin” and throw them BOTH away. So now, I’m broke in terms of nail polish (and still a little bit angry at my BF). And maybe I’m most sad about the fact that I just bought the beau-ti-ful “Magazine Cover Mouse” nail polish, which turns out to be sold out everywhere at the moment. So phuleaaase NJ & co, help me with a fresh polishy start!

I have been so excited about the OPI San Francisco collection for Fall 2013! Just today it started feeling fall-like to me; it is a bit cooler than it has been! Back to school will be here before we know it, and it was perfect that this collection showed up at my doorstep today (of course, it arrived literally five minutes after I finished painting my nails with a pale OPI purple!).
It’s also my moms bday, so if I would win this, she would be proud and trilled…
